1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Hidden Homie ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not play the Game. The Game is developed by VideoAI Labs and operated by ReelMoney, based in India, and is available on Android and iOS and on Windows and Mac.

2. Description of Service

Hidden Homie is an online multiplayer hide-and-seek party game. Hiders disguise as props and objects, paint themselves to blend into the environment, and pose to stay hidden, while one seeker hunts them with a paint gun across a variety of maps. The Game supports cross-platform play, private games via join codes, public games, proximity voice chat, and text chat. Online play is powered by Epic Online Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. No Account Required

You can play without creating an account. Within a session you are identified by an anonymous device identifier and a display name that you choose. You are responsible for the display name you pick; it must not impersonate another person or brand, and must not be offensive, harassing, or otherwise in breach of the Code of Conduct in Section 6.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game. By playing, you represent that you are 13 or older. The Game is not intended for and may not be used by children under 13, consistent with our Privacy Policy (see the Children's Privacy section) and applicable law such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If you are under the age of majority where you live (typically 18), you may play only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising teenage players, particularly when using voice or text chat. For users in the EU/EEA and UK, where the age of digital consent is above 13, a parent or guardian must consent to the limited data handling described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software, mods, or tools that give an unfair advantage or disrupt other players' games.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Game's servers, matchmaking, or networking, including other players' connections.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game, or attempt to bypass any technical limits, protections, or billing.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose, or to collect or misuse other players' information.
• Resell, rent, or commercially redistribute the Game itself without our permission.

6. Multiplayer Code of Conduct

The Game is a shared, real-time social experience. To keep it fun and safe for everyone, you agree that while using voice chat, text chat, display names, or any in-game communication you will not:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or stalk other players.
• Use hate speech or discriminatory, racist, sexist, or otherwise abusive language targeting any person or group.
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content, or content that is illegal.
• Spam, advertise, phish, or attempt to scam other players.
• Impersonate other players, moderators, or the developers.
• Cheat, team up abusively, or grief in a way that ruins the game for others.

The Game provides in-game reporting and moderation tools. We may review reports and, at our discretion, mute, suspend, or restrict access for players who breach this Code of Conduct. Because voice and text chat carry user-generated content that we do not control in advance, you communicate with other players at your own risk, and you are responsible for what you say and share.

7. Purchases and Store Terms

The Game is free to download on mobile (Google Play and the Apple App Store) and is a paid title on Steam for desktop. Any purchase you make is processed by the relevant store — Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Steam — and is also subject to that store's own terms and refund policy. Prices, availability, and any optional in-game items may change. Refunds are handled by the store through which you purchased, in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game uses Epic Online Services for matchmaking, networking, and voice chat, and is distributed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Steam. By playing, you also agree to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these providers. See our Privacy Policy for detail on the data involved.

9. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its characters, maps, artwork, audio, and software, is owned by VideoAI Labs and ReelMoney and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game except as permitted by law.

10. Service Availability

The Game requires an internet connection and depends on third-party services to run online play. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, maps, or the Game itself, and online services may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee that the Game or its servers will always be available or uninterrupted.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of the behaviour of other players, or that it will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelMoney and VideoAI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including any conduct or content of other players.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these terms or the Code of Conduct. You may stop playing at any time. Any purchases made through a store remain subject to that store's terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
